Avinox, the drive system for eMTBs

Avinox debuted in 2024 on Amflow eMTBs, integrating motor, batteries and software into a single platform. The system is built around compact, powerful drive units, high-density fast-charging batteries, control displays and wireless controls, with an app to customise the assistance. With the M2 and M2S series the platform has grown further in power and torque.

Batteries, chargers and displays

In the Avinox category you will find 600 Wh and 800 Wh batteries, the RS800 and FP700 with their mounting and quick-release kits, 168 W and 508 W chargers with square or round connector and the charging hub. For control there are the DP100-F and DPC100 displays, main cables and left and right wireless controls, also as a kit.

Drive unit and drivetrain spare parts

For servicing M1, M2 and M2S drive units, housings, side covers, planetary and anti-backlash gears, one-way bearings, heat sinks, protection plates for Amflow PX and PR series, bolt kits and dedicated grease are available. The range is completed by cranksets and spider tool, wheel speed sensors with rings and spacers, the 11-speed eGlide T chain and power cables for electronic shifting.
