Pick up your products at the main warehouse of bikesportadventure.com and don't pay shipping costs!
Therefore it is necessary to place the order through the website and choose the "pickup in store" mode. You can pay it directly online, but also at the time of collection by selecting the payment method "Pay in store at the time of delivery".
As soon as our pickers have prepared your order (depending on the timing present on the individual product visible directly on the site), you will receive a message to the e-mail address or at the phone number used at the time of registration that will let you know that the goods are ready and therefore collectable.
Do not come before receiving this email as we will not be able to provide you with the goods. If you change your mind about your purchase, there is no problem, Bike Sport Adventure will cancel the order and you will be refunded if you have paid in advance.
Also before collection you can view the product and if you are not satisfied you can cancel the order.
Remember that after 3 days, if you do not come to pick up the order, the system will cancel the order automatically.
By ordering conveniently from the site and choosing the "Pickup in store" option you can pick up the product or products purchased directly at our warehouse on weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 9:00 -13:00 / 15:30- 17:00, in via Enrico Fermi 92, Adrano (CT).
