FEATURES
UPPER: Breathable and durable mesh combined with SCARPA’s EXO system, which forms an integrated exoskeleton providing lateral foot support. A key element is the innovative 3S FRAME, which fully envelops the shoe’s structure, providing superior support and optimal protection—especially effective on the unstable terrains typical of mountain running.
LACING: Fast Lacing System: a self-locking lacing system that allows rapid sliding of the elastic lace and provides uniform wrapping.
LINING: The GORE-TEX ePE membrane ensures excellent performance and sustainability, providing waterproofness and breathability. The PFAS-free laminate, including the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment, reflects a commitment to responsible chemical management while also reducing the carbon footprint (according to Higg MSI).
SOLE: PRESA TRN-10 is designed for highly technical trails where precision and grip are essential. Featuring a specialized compound and functional lug pattern, it ensures excellent traction and stability even on wet surfaces. The 6 mm lugs provide optimal grip in muddy conditions.
TECHNOLOGIES
EXO: The upper construction system developed by SCARPA, a company that has always been a synonym for innovation and reliability. The lateral protections, made by inserts or heat-sealing, are integrated directly into the structure of the upper, forming an exoskeleton whose function is to support and contain the foot laterally.
