The anatomically shaped LOWA DynaPU® midsole and its bevelled heel edge demonstrate how dynamic the new MERGER GTX MID really is. These features improve not only the way that your feet make contact with the ground whilst you walk, but also overall rolling properties. Optimum freedom of movement is also ensured by the extremely durable ripstop upper material that has been made highly resilient by the longitudinal and transverse webbing of the reinforcement fibres. Hard-hiking feet gain the stability they need from the elevated crossover STABILITY FRAME that encases the LOWA MONOWRAP® almost like an exoskeleton. This creates a supportive “corset” that is slightly less pronounced in the women’s model. Injected Construction
To create optimal cushioning and the very best comfort, the soles of LOWA multifunctional shoes are directly injected. The complex injection process attaches the slip-lasted upper directly to the sole. This method creates shoes that offer optimal cushioning and are particularly lightweight.
