KINETIC FOAM
The SCOTT KINETIC FOAM is a lightweight and highly responsive foam. It returns 14% more energy than standard EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate), resulting in a plush but stable and more dynamic ride. You get more energy back so you can run faster for longer.
VERSATILE TRACTION
With its multi-layered lug design, the outsole bites into the different levels of rocks, roots and trail features to optimize the ground contact and enhance traction.
EVOLVED ROCKER2
Evolved Rocker2 (ER2) builds on 10 years of continued R&D, creating our most efficient running platform yet. ER2 applies our advanced understanding of biomechanical principles to promote a more dynamic running position, reducing heel strike impacts and increasing running efficiency. Simply put, you can run faster for longer, with less energy.
GORE-TEX INVISIBLE FIT
The permanently waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane is seamlessly integrated into the shoe. The direct bonding of the laminate and upper material makes the construction imperceptible, resulting in a fit and feel that is comparable to a non-weatherproof shoe. Additionally, the direct bonding of the laminate with the upper material eliminates any trapped air, reduces water absorption, and shortens drying time. This unique and lighter construction reduces weight by 18% compared to the regular Gore-Tex inner shoe construction.
