How can I make a return?

If you want to return a product follow the steps below:

Step 1:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS - REQUEST MADE"
  • On the product line to return click on "DETAILS"
  • Select the product or products to return
  • Finally click on "RETURN REQUEST"

Step 2:

  • Wait for the authorization you will receive within 24 hours.

Step 3:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on "MY RETURNS"
  • Print the return form

Once the form is printed, insert it inside the package.

Make sure to pack the products well to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Please send us the product in the original box (without sticking scotch tape, adhesive tape or adhesive labels on the original box) and with all labels, warranty sheets, manuals, cd, etc. (if any).

Step 4:

Send the package to the address indicated in the form

Step 5:

Get a refund.

As soon as the package arrives and is checked, we will send you an email and, if the product is in perfect condition, we will confirm the refund of the amount paid. Remember that it is possible that reimbursement times can reach up to 15 working days.

Remember that if you want to change the product for a different one, you will have to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again if applicable.

In case of return for warranty, the product must be shipped to our address free of charge, then it will be sent to the manufacturer by us. The waiting time depends on the management time of the brand itself. Please remember that the final decision on the exchange, repair or refund is always up to the manufacturer. As soon as we have feedback, we will contact you to let you know if the warranty has been accepted and, if so, we will tell you if the manufacturer has decided to proceed with a refund, repair or replacement.
